Bio

Played sports growing up. After college went to the regular-type gym...occasionally. Never really got into it or got much out of it. After a bout of breast cancer, went to a one-on-one personal training gym, which was great, but expensive. Started going to Crossfit in Aug '11 & haven't looked back! I was diagnosed with a cancer recurrence between Christmas & New Years, had surgery in early February, and my first chemo 2/25, and signed up for my first Open in early March! Probably won't do so well, but maybe I'll get most improved next year!
