I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Superhuman metabolism. I eat as much clean and dirty food as possible.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
CrossFit workouts 3x weekly with additional skill/strength work 2+days/week since November 2012. Increased training volume to 2x daily 5 Days/week within the last 4 weeks.

Started in Spring of 2011. Consistently training since Fall 2012.
