I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat paleo foods monday through friday with small cheat treats! Weekends arent as strict

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Crossfit Catalyst is the best gym I have ever been a part of. I wish I had more time to be in the gym (instead of working).

I played youth or high school level sports

I usually only do 1 workout a day
Rest is just as important as workouts. I try and listen to my body and not overtrain.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
My first crossfit class was in June 2012 and I never sweat so much in my life. Never looked back since.
