Pretty Simple: I was overweight when I started three years ago. Now I'm chubby and in-shape. That's why my nickname is SLIM. I love CrossFit because it's short and intense. I have a hard time doing pull-ups because my shoulder gives me problems when I hang from the bar, therefore, I've never completed some of the signature workouts RX.
How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I've tried paleo--Failed. I like the Primal Blueprint. It makes sense to me. Wine and melted cheese are my downfall.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
Our affiliate has a lot of great people that do our programming. I just go to the whiteboard and do the workout. I usually go MT rest W ThF..and sometimes Saturday.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I pitched for Cal Poly-SLO from 1989-1992. I was a three sport athlete in High School: Footbal, Baseball, and Basketball
