I consider CrossFit to be one of the best things that happened to my life. But I also have learned, after several costly lessons, that the purpose of CrossFit is to understand your body better, rather than to compete for better performance. I've been doing CrossFit for almost 10 years now, and my only goal at this point is... "Live with CrossFit as long as possible without getting hurt."
