I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I was on the highschool football team. That does not mean I played though.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I workout Mon-Fri and rest on the weekend so I can hang out with my family.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
I started at CrossFit AMRAP in September of 2011.
