How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat Paleo about 5-6 days strictly per week. However, on the weekends I don't worry about focusing on the diet, and still eat healthy but the occasional grain/carbs might make it into my diet.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
