I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I follow the Eat to Preform template and use My Fitness Pal to track foods.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming

I spend the majority of my time training with Capital City Barbell focusing on getting more proficient at the classical Olympic weightlifting lifts.

I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
