I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I built my garage gym a few years ago, and have done a decent job learning the crossfit movements on my own. But I have been feeling like I am missing out on the comradery, fellowship and motivation of other crossfit athletes. I have found my solution in an affiliate in my home town thanks to Crossfit Prineville.

I regularly play recreational sports
Baseball, wrestling, a little street ball, slow pitch and distance sprints

I have been performing the wods for about three years now but I have only really been pushing myself past my comfort zones for about 7 months.
