How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat an allotted amount of calories per day based on my fitness level and concentrate on hitting specific amounts of macro nutrients each day.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I try to be in the gym 4 times a week and supplement with yoga 1-2 times a week.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
As well as College Club Gymnastics and post-college half marathons.
My Experience With CrossFit
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I did three cycles of Olympic Lifting but now stick with WODs.
