How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I occasionally sugar detox to try and break my sugar cravings, but PaleOMG desserts save my life.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
3 Times a week.

I played youth or high school level sports
As well as College Club Gymnastics and post-college half marathons.
My Experience With CrossFit
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I did three cycles of Olympic Lifting but now stick with WODs.
