My Name is Coral, I'm 21 years young. I started Crossfit at Urban Warfit Crossfit about 5 months ago. I'm so excited to see how much better I have become and how much better I can be! LETS DO THIS!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I used to eat really bad before Crossfit, now I mostly just eat veggies and meats, with some fruits in the morning, and healthy snacks throughout the day.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I work out 5 days a week, doing the scheduled workouts provided by my gym.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I did some sports when I was little but haven't really done anything sport wise until Crossfit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Before Crossfit, I went to a regular gym (sometimes). Was never really motivated to go and got bored real quick. Now since I started Crossfit, I love going, and I've meet the most amazing and supportive people. I've been able to do things I thought I could never do and I am so much more stronger then when I started. My over-all health and diet have changed for the best as well. This is something I plan on doing for the rest of my life!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I work out 5 days a week, and rest 2 days (the weekend)
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
I have been doing Crossfit for about 5 months now.
