How I Eat

I eat strict Paleo

yes now i eat Paleo for 30days,goes well..i think i will go on eating it but have some days where i can eat something else also but that would be quality foods, mostly:)so i will slowly loose my unnessisary fat:)

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

4 days a week i work out the wod of the day at my Crossfit Affiliate..i think ill soon be ready for 5days a week.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I played professional sports

before age ten i only did the sports we had to do in the school beside from bycikling and going to the pool..from ten to twenty..i worked out regularly.. i was swimming 2 times at least a week,badminton 2-3 times a week,running 2 times a week.pretty active then.later airobics 2-3 times a week..the last maybe twelwe years before theese last 2years of crossfitt..i did little of workouts,maybe rollerskating becyling,walking did swimm a little bit..but not very much:)

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

crossfit showed me i can do things i thought i couldent do..and this is only the beginning:) i love crossfitt i think i have never in my hole life been in better shape than i am now:)like i said its only the beginning..i will keep on learning and doing better and better:)

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

i workout once a day for 3days then i rest for 1day and then i workout my 4day..after that i rest usually depends on ef i work out monday,tuesday,wensday,then thursday is off and i workout friday,then off saturday and sunday...you know maybe i start working out tuesday instead..you see?:)

7 of march 2013, i just started on my third year in crossfit.:)
