How I Eat
Have recently changed to a modified (that means with a little cheating!!) paleo diet.
How I Train
I work out at a Crossfit Affiliate at least 4 days per week. I also row on the water 2-3 times per week.

I have been rowing for about 6 years.
My Experience With CrossFit
I was looking for a place to "erg" one day and came across a Crossfit affiliate. While "erging" I saw a Crossfit class and it looked interesting. I decided to sign up.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do one workout per day about 4-5 times per week.
