How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat around 80% Paleo.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I hit CF 209 three to four times a week and try to road bike as much as possible.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I have been riding and racing Moto Cross since a teenager and still race when i can.
My Experience With CrossFit
I have been at CF 209 for over a year now and love everything about it. Although hard and challenging the results are awesome. I think we have some of the best trainers around and it's also great to be trained by one of the best in the world (Gabe Subry).
