I went to an affiliate for the Open in (2013) and joined the box 3 months later and love it! Since Jan 2015, I workout mostly at home with my wife at 5:30am before the kids get up.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Sometimes get 3 WOD's in a week but usually just 2.

Almost 2 years
