I've played Volleyball since I was 10 years old. I played all over the country until the age of 18.

I own and operate CrossFit Gilroy in Gilroy, CA. I am level 1, level 2 and CrossFit Kids Certified.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I try to workout every day. I love to workout with the classes here at CrossFit Gilroy as well as running. I love to run out doors and I do that about 4-5 days a week.
