Fairly awesome as a human being. Very well below average as a Crossfitter. hnnnnnsk. I am currently 8% worse than I was this exact time last year, seriously. Worse. I don't even understand. Everyone who is anyone is likely 10-12% better than what they were last year. I'm no mathematician, but I'm pretty sure that mean's I will never amount to anything in this sport... Which truthfully, I pretty much realized (without knowing it) about 16 years ago. It was around the time when I was faced with that choice to either go play sports and be active, or sit at home in my parents basement like a fat idiot, playing Mario Kart 64 hours on end. Let's just say, if there was a crossfit games for Mario Kart, I would be Rich Froning. I do still love this spo--recreational activity that I sort of waste time at, though. Goals this year? To not injure my terribly unprepared body every 3 months. To front squat more than 250 lbs. And to lose my virginity.
How I Eat
I put food in my mouth, chew it a bit, then swallow.

I lift stuff a lot, with very poor form.
