I wrestled in HS and was an All Canadian in University. I stay active by playing rugby and various rec sports. Also, I now coach a HS wrestling team with my wife, which keeps us both busy while the snow is on the ground.

I eat whatever is convenient
Diet has never been my strong suit

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I incorporate 3 crossfit style workouts in every week, as well as wrestle as often as possible.
