I've had a year of crossfit - 8 months off and 6 months back. My first Open competition - hoping that muscle ups are right at the end of the competition. Trying to do a HSPU.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I'm a lazy paleo eater and I drink coke (not much alcohol though - I know that sounded defensive :-)
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Used to play a lot of volleyball, now I mostly dance tango and do chores.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I train 3 times a week - the last month has been 5 times a week but I will go back to 3 after the open.
