How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
Zone all the way! I started "zoning" a couple months after I started Crossfitting about 5 years ago. It has been the best way for me to keep track of what and how much I put in my body, and best way to keep my diet simple and manageable with a busy schedule.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have always trained at Crossfit Kinnick #kinnickbutternation. Love my coaches and fellow athletes there.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I have always played sports since I was of age to. I was in gymnastics for about 6-7 years, but it got in the way of softball, so I stopped. I played softball for about 11-12 years, and did high school volleyball in between.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I train other people
I began my Crossfit Journey in 2009 at Crossfit Kinnick. I have taken a few breaks in between then and now, but after a year long break from 2011-2012 I have been consistent and overtime committed more and more time to the gym training myself and training others.
