I had started crossfit to complement my strength training in 2012 and thankfully the crossfit-experiences have widened my view toward the fitness world since then. I had been to 'Crossfit Shoreside' in Illinois (2012-2014) and 'Crossfit Ara' in South Korea (2016-2017). Now I am doing most of my workouts in 'Crossfit Baekho' in Anyang, South Korea (2018-). Besides exercises usually done in the box, I am also interested in working on slight variations of CrossFit movements such as no-wall handstand hold, strict ring muscle-up and trap-bar deadlift. Recently, I found that somatics-related regime, such as Feldenkrais, can greatly help carry out many resistance exercises more effectively and with less injuries by adding fluidity.
