How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Paleo some of the time, and I'm not afraid of good carbs.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
Like every workout is my last.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I have competed in marathons, triathlon, cycling, bodybuilding, wrestling and toughest competitor alive competitions. Nothing compares to Crossfit!
