How I Eat

I weigh and measure my food

I eat whatever is convenient

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I record my workouts

I use the amazing site beyond the whiteboard. With out it I would never know any of my previous times, a great tool when repeats come up so I know what goals I can hit. If you do Crossfit, you need this!

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

Played baseball growing up for about 9 years and was on the wrestling team my junior year in high school (I wish Crossfit was around then!)

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

Started at CF Kinnick, after 4 intro classes I was able to sign up for the hourly classes. After 3 months I was already smashing my old times. The guys at CF Kinnick really know what they are doing and have their box programmed well and efficiently, even with a large class.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

I try to workout M-W, rest Thursday, workout on Friday and go Saturday when available. Always rest on Sundays so I can give all the glory and praise Jesus!

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

4+ years

I wish they had CF Kids when I was young! I will be doing this for the rest of my life and with my family!
