I played college sports
Competitive swimming in middle school, highschool and college. 2007 Denver Marathon, 2008 Denver Marathon relay. Frequent 5k and 10k races throughout the year.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I only started 6 months ago but I feel better than I ever have before, mentally and physically.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I started three days a week, then I went to four, then I went back to three with a rest day in between because I started getting over-use injuries, first my lower back then my left foot. I feel fine now that I'm going Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. I could definitely start picking up weekend days too.
