My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Played hockey and lacrosse through high school. College was a mix of all kinds of intramurels. Now I play men's league hockey, crossfit and a few other sports throughout the year depending on the opportunity.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
I started on my own, got my Level 1 in the summer of 2011 and have been a coach for two and a half years.
My Work/Rest Schedule
Typically train 4 days a week, sometimes managing a 5th.
