My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Little league baseball, recreational soccer, High School football, flag football and kickball. My father turned me into a gym rat when I was 15.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Started CrossFit on a 2 week business trip with a friend and never looked back.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
I'll rest when I'm dead.
