How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat for pleasure and performance. The goal: To allow the greatest pleasure and quality/quantity of life in this life I'm given. The hope: That this goal will result in allowing me to live at my greatest potential with hopes that this will organically pour out in the best ways to all those I encounter in this life.
How I Train
