I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I also run 3-4 day's a week up to 6 miles sometimes, I play soccer four nights a week, snowboard, swim, cycle, and dance dance dance!

I played youth or high school level sports

My life revolved around soccer until I was 19.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I often times do a WOD in the morning followed by soccer in the evenings or a run in the mornings followed by a WOD in the evening...
