When I wrote a bio last year, my last sentence was "This year is only the beginning and I'll be excited to look back a year from now and see all the progress I plan to make" So, there have been some bumps along the way with breaks for being sick, vacation food relapses, sore muscles etc...but I am really excited to say YES a lot of that progress has been achieved and more! I finally have learned that although I am seriously hard on myself with each failure even during daily WODs, that the small baby steps are always a reason for celebration and no PR is too small. I may not be the strongest, the youngest or even the best at what I do in Crossfit, but competing this year and pushing my limits is 10 times more than I could have even saw being a part of my goals last year.
How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Clean eating with no pasta, bread, rice or sugar.
