How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Oh man - what DON'T I eat? I really eat way too much, but food tastes so good! I like food!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
When you're fat like me, if you don't do SOMETHING, you're going to get morbidly obese in no time. I'm fat, but strong.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Do e-sports count? No? Never mind then.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
My Crossfit family is awesome and I like them almost as much as I like my family (which is a lot!).
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I workout 5 days a week - any more than that and I don't know if my body could take it.
