I've played various sports, done excercise classes, pilates and boot camps but nothing kicks my a$$ like Crossfit. I'm still learning so much! I have a great crossfit family that encourages, supports me and reminds me that it's the little things that deserve big celebrations.

I still have a long way to go! I love seeing the progress within our gym - it gives me something to strive for.
