Kay (level 1 trainer) and I have been married nearly 35 years. We have 4 children, Patrick, Jack, Katherine and Bobby and one son in law Matt that have been or are currently involved with crossfit. I am a banker.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Thanks to my wife I mainly follow the Paleo plan.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
We have excellent instructors at Crossfit Mayhem that plan and conduct quality classes.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Started with Chip Pugh formally the strength coach with Tenn. Tech University who later developed Crossfit Faith.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I now attempt multiple workouts about three days a week between the open and the games.
