I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I am have Celiac's, so Paleo is pretty easy. My cheat meals are Paleo, just not zoned like I normally would.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I am military, so although I don't have an "athletic" background, I was athletic prior to starting CF.
