How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Tough to make those choices when working in Boston, but I get it done. Wife is a huge help at home. There is an occasional cheat when out with friends.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I record my workouts
Crossfit in the mornings, traditional light gym work at work. I run long on the weekends and do marathons in the fall.

The introduction to Paleo is probably the biggest change for me. I do appreciate the intensity of our workouts. I have gained considerable strength. The diet and camaraderie are the things that have helped me the most.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
The multiple workouts is new... NEW office gym that is extremely convenient, so I've added yoga and some extra cardio work in there.... Has also lead to extra practice on DUs, HSPUs, and walking on my hands across the room. I rest at least one day during the weekend.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Several weeks on, couple weeks off... Need to be more consistent.
