How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I don't consider it food unless it has at least 50 grams of sugar.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I like to show the young bucks who's boss. I am like that old Bull Moose with the giant ass antlers that all the little tiny moose are scared to talk to but secretly totally want to be. You know who you are...little mooses.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I once worked out in an arena full of horse poop to support a gym that I didn't even go to with a crazy person that did overhead squats with a bar resting on their head just because I love Crossfit sooooooo much!!!!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I do Crossfit so I can be the laziest person that I know...for example I have paths at work that only use doors with those handicap buttons that open doors automatically so I don't have to waste energy pulling them open. Efficiency is the name of the game.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Long time. Back then the shirts were itchy, the slogans were stupid and everyone felt like they were part of a secret club. Oh and snatches were just a dirty joke and no one actually did them.
