Lift big, Eat big....at least Eat big. I model my current diet off of Rob Symington's Top Pot Doughnut plan. At least 3 doughnuts a day = PR city. PS - Even though I have some excess weight gain aka bulking phase...aka...doughnut plan...I will still beat Michelle Nugent at every workout on my eventual goal to crushing her will to WOD.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I only do workouts I like...I cherry pick everything...and make sure I beat people by 1 second or so to really rub it it. I also frequently sandbag strength sessions and beat other members by 1 pound just to make sure they know I am stronger.

I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I think rest is really important...so important in fact that I rest at least half of the week. I don't want to stop those gains!!!
