When you have a sweet bod like mine...where you place in the open really isn't all that important. Even if I wake up in last place just one look in the mirror and it's all good. I got this.
How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat whatever I can hunt down in the deli case at PCC. I am a total hunter and gatherer.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I only do workouts I like...I cherry pick everything...and make sure I beat people by 1 second or so to really rub it it. I also frequently sandbag strength sessions and beat other members by 1 pound just to make sure they know I am stronger.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played competitive tennis. Sorta like Josh.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
I got rhabdo from my coach and never looked back. I owe everything I am to Coach Tom!!!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I am all about those gainz!!!!
