I eat whatever is convenient
Gluten-free for almost 4 years, not full Paleo but I focus on quality foods 80% of the time.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Growing up, I played soccer, field hockey, lacrosse and swam. I played co-ed competitive club field hockey (on the turf, woo!) at JMU. I love running (mostly on trails!) and have raced distances from a 1 mi. road race to 17 mi. mountain races.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
