How I Eat
I do my best to eat Paleo. Although, I drink whole milk and supplement protein. I'm definitely not afraid of alcohol, hibachi grill, sushi, mediterranean, or pizza, but I try and limit those to weekends only.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Played competitive hockey, football, baseball, and soccer from age 3 thru college. Currently compete in olympic lifting, CrossFit, competitive flag football, and pick-up hockey.

Started CrossFitting in a buddies garage and a globo gym. Once I got a good taste of CF, I started my own garage gym. Two years ago this Open, I went to CrossFit Transformation in Roseville, MI and have been a coach/member ever since. I continue to train at Transformation as well as in my garage.
My Work/Rest Schedule
Tpyically, I go hard 2 to 3 days in a row, rest 1, and repeat. Each day I do some sort of strength or skill training and follow with 1-3 WOD's, either a longer metcon or multiple short ones.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
