I played soccer for local clubs, i have done bodybuilding where i competed successfully.

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
My experience with Crossfit has been life changing. I have had a painful injured ankle for yrs and after multiple operations on it with not a lot of relief, I was then introduced to Crossfit through a great friend & coach and have never looked back.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I usually rest each Wednesday.
