How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I don't eat well, but I am trying to make quality changes to my diet as of today things are changing!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Quit my gym, CROSSFIT all the way!
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Volleyball, Basketball, Swimming, Softball Intramurals and college swim 1 year.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
LOVE it <3
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
4 workouts a week, at least for now.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
as of right now.....2 weeks!
