My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
Not enough time to live, plenty of time to die. Making your heart skip a beat should be a daily occurence.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Long enough to know there are no experts, just a bunch of people looking for their slice of the pie. Be humble, share life and lose your sense of
