How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
All meals strict Paleo. Cheat on snacks more than I should. I eat when hungry and don't count calories.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
Supplement CrossFit with running, biking and swimming - but not CrossFit Endurance protocol. I do triathlons, road races and other events for fun.

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I played golf in high school :)

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
No set schedule. Probably not enough days off.
