How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Cook quality foods whenever possible, but do cheat a few times. Chipotle, Peanut Butter, and sandwiches.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
Train at Crossfit Progression 3-4 times a week. Log a lot of miles running, meters in the pool, and body weight movements (Push-ups and pull ups).

I played youth or high school level sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Started training with a buddy from work who was an Army Ranger. While he was preparing for another deployment, I need to find a way to match the same intensity. That was when I found Crossfit, thanks in part to a former roommate in college.
