I am 37 years old and after having a baby and running for a couple of years, running a marathon, I was looking for something different for my exercise routine. I injured my ankle running, so I took the summer off and just did yoga at home and my body felt so much better after not running. I happened to see a CrossFit sticker and decided to look it up and try it! I started in October 2011 and have pretty much been there 6 days a week since then! I can pretty much say that I am 100% addicted to CrossFit and know that it will always be a part of my life from now on!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I am pretty much eating Paleo 90% of the time, having 1 or 2 cheat meals per week.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I work out 6 days per week at CrossFit Terminus
