How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat 90% Paleo but allow myself one cheat meal a week. I focus on getting in six small meals a day making sure I include protein, fats and some sort of carbohydrate that is Paleo.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I train with amazing coaches at Crossfit Los Gatos.

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I can strongly say that Crossfit has changed my life in such a positive way. I have struggled with my weight for over ten years and have been back and forth weighing 190-215lbs. Crossfit is not only changing my physical appearance but it is also changing my mentality. I have developed a discipline and passion that I have never had before in my life. CrossFit is challenging and kicks my ass every time but I always go back for more.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I do cardio in the AM 4 days a week and do Crossfit in the evening 5 days a week.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
My life changed January 2012!
