How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat 90% Paleo but allow myself one cheat meal a week. I focus on getting in six small meals a day making sure I include protein, fats and some sort of carbohydrate that is Paleo.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I train with amazing coaches at Crossfit Los Gatos.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Before CrossFit I did not do much activity other then occaional cardio. CrossFit has allowed me to create an athletic mentality as well as an athletic background.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I can strongly say that Crossfit has changed my life in such a positive way. I have struggled with my weight for over ten years and have been back and forth weighing 190-215lbs. Crossfit is not only changing my physical appearance but it is also changing my mentality. I have stopped thinking about the scale and started thinking about my progress in different lifts and WODS. I have stopped thinking I wasnâ€™t capable of doing something to believing that I can. If I donâ€™t do that great on a workout then that motivates me to push forward and do great in a couple of weeks. I have developed a discipline and passion that I have never had before in my life. CrossFit is challenging and hard but always fun, I always leave my box with a smile on my face. The old me is something of the past and the new me is just beaming with energy to progress and put in work be better.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I train five days a week at Crossfit Los Gatos Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Wednesday and Sundays are my rest days.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I am fairly new to the CrossFit community. I have been doing CrossFit since January 2012.
