I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Began skiing at age 3 and raced downhill skiing until college. Also warmed the bench on the ice hockey and soccer teams in high school. Post college I tried yoga, and distance running includinf 4 very slow marathons. Was introduced to crossfit in 2010 but didn't officially start until 2012.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Usually 4 classes a week plus extra lifting.
