How I Eat
I'm in Afghanistan so I eat what I can. I try to go heavy on protiens fat and vegetables (including potatoes and other high carb roots/tubers), at least 3 grams of Omega 3 a day and try to stay away from grain but I have to compromise and make do with what I got here.

My own programming lately, trying to improve my strength, but worked off main page at base gym for the last 2 years
