I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Try to eat as palep as possible however I do enjoy my sweets every now and then :)

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Just started at an official crossfit gym in January up until then I had been following websites and programming with friends

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Ran track for 6 years. Played volleyball in high school.
My Experience With CrossFit
I train other people
Was looking for a way to get in shape during off season of track, was terrified of Olympic lifts and finally latched on to crossfit cause I loved the competition.
