I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Living a pure paleo lifestyle is my goal.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I use to be a globo gym junkie....does that count as athletic? :-) I love the outdoors - skiing and hiking.
