I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I have a background in martial arts; Karate, Tai Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Ba Gua, and Capoeira, but currently only do Hand Balancing in addition to crossfit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I generally workout on Mon and Tues, work skills and do Hand Balancing on Wednesday, then workout on Thurs, Fri, and Saturday. Sunday is usually a rest day.

I've been crossfitting for about 3.5 years, and coaching for about a year and a half.
