I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
High School Badketball and Soccer; College Ultimate Frisbee
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
Life = better, when I train 3 to 4 days per week. Work travel challenges that average.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
This is an amazing community that I feel lucky to have the chance to be a part of.
